Our client is MNC, operated more than 10 years in Vietnam. Due to business expanding , they are looking for suitable candidates to be in charge of whole sales department.
Job description
Develop client network, develop business or make business deals with existing or prospective clients. Confer with BOD to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
Hire, train, and evaluate personnel. Set the goals for the employees and also motivates them to give a better performance.
Provide training on the various products that the wholesaler deals with, so as to improve the product knowledge of the staff. Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
High level of listening to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
Responsible for final sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing specific services.
Requirements:
Vietnamese only, Male preferred
Bachelor degree of Foreign Trade, Commerce
At least 5 years experience in sales management
Experience with horeca channel
Good at English
